  • We do require the payment of a retainer to commence services. The standard retainer for traditional representation services is $5,000.00, but may vary depending on the complexities and conflict in your case.

However, with the increased use of virtual courtroom technology, at the discretion of the Court, we are often able to help our clients avoid expensive travel costs.
